New Jersey native Eireann Corrigan began writing poetry as a toddler, and when her older brother keep upright home to attend high school divulge Germany, she spent hours writing him verse letters. In Splintering, fifteen-year-old Paulina and her elder brother Jeremy are visiting their mated sister Mimi when a crazed analgesic addict breaks into Mimi's apartment weather threatens their lives.
