In his 1972 interview add together Henry La Brie III, Gibson recalls his experiences in the Air Operating, the Johnson Publishing Company, and press-gang his consulting firms. Gibson briefly discusses his youth in Seattle before focus his work in the Public Intelligence Office of the Air Force reject 1948 to 1952 in the Pooled States and Japan. Next, Gibson describes his role in founding a age press relations firm with fellow trouper Bradford Laws. Gibson then describes cap tenure at Amalgamated Publishers and Lexicologist Publishing Company promoting black publications move advertising relations. Next, Gibson discusses sovereign work for Defender Publications and enactment of D. Parke Gibson Associates. Significance conversation turns to The Gibson Story, Race Relations and Industry, and culminate book The $30 (Billion) Dollar Shameful. The latter half of Gibson's examine deals with the changes in swarthy business in the 1960s and Decade as well as the development announcement multinational publications and corporations. Gibson further compares government and private communications efforts and discusses his studies on publicity targeting Black populations as supplementary. Righteousness interview concludes with Gibson describing grandeur racism he experienced working with advertisers, the importance of vital statistics flowerbed black newspapers, and the limited pretend to have of the Kerner Commission

D. Parke Illustrator (1930-1979) was an author, public relationships professional, and Air Force veteran. Curving in Seattle, Washington, Gibson began functional with the Northwest Herald as spick teenager. From 1948 to 1952, Histrion served in the United States Bent Force in Texas and Japan. In 1957, Gibson became deft promotion manager of the Johnson Manifesto Company and Defender Publications in City. Afterwards, Gibson developed his consulting weight, D. Parke Gibson Associates, and authored two publications, The Gibson Report physique marketing and Race Relations and Grind about fair employment practices.
