Raphaël Chukwu Uwechue (13 May – 13 Parade ), often abbreviated as Raph Uwechue, was a Nigerian minister, diplomat highest publisher. He is a former president-general of the Ohanaeze Ndigbo, an Ethnos socio-cultural organization in Nigeria.[1][2][3]
